About Kathleen and Daniella

Kathleen Smith is an artist, healer, and creative catalyst devoted to helping women reclaim their joy, voice, and unique soul medicine.

With deep roots in feminist spiritual traditions, 12-step, somatics and embodiment; and trainings and certifications through Mama Genas School of Womanly Arts, David Elliott’s Breathwork Healer Training, and Rachael Maddox’s Rebloom framework, Kathleen’s work weaves together breathwork, creativity, ritual, and heart-centered coaching to support deep healing and soul expression.

Whether in workshops, one-on-one sessions, or immersive courses, she creates sacred spaces where people can reconnect with their inner truth and bring their wildest dreams into embodiment and expression. Her approach is joyful, irreverent, and deeply intuitive, drawing on decades of experience as a singer, writer, teacher, and multi-passionate creator.

Passionate about helping people wave their unique Freak Flags high, Kathleen believes the world changes when we share our true medicine, and that embracing the full spectrum of who we are is the key to personal and planetary healing. Her podcast Freak Flag with Kathleen Smith! is dedicated to and shared with this very philosophy. Kathleen lives in Santa Fe, NM with her husband, her white piano Princess and her beloved white unicorn (aka golden doodle) Bella.

Daniella is a writer, artist, teacher, somatic alchemist, and midlife initiator devoted to helping women reclaim the sacred intelligence of their bodies and burn every good-girl script that ever kept them bound.

With 50+ certifications and degrees in post traumatic growth, feminine embodiment, polyvagal theory and somatic breathwork - including advanced study with Dr. Deb Dana, Dr. Arielle Schwartz, Dr. Janina Fisher, Dr. Pat Ogden and the Trauma Research Foundation, Daniella’s work blends science and soul, poetry and process, eros and nervous system repair. She is the creator of Fembodyment™, a revolutionary framework for self-attunement, sensual reclamation, and embodied leadership.

Her work is for women who have checked every box, built the empire, raised the family and still hear the whisper: “There’s more.”

Through deep breath journeys, poetic transmissions, and sensual somatic rituals, Daniella guides women back into their bodies as temples, tabernacles and thresholds. Where grief becomes gold, pleasure becomes power, and midlife becomes the holy return.

A former tech exec and secret mystic (who once held it all together in high heels and hypervigilance), she now lives with her husband in New Mexico, wrapped in velvet sunsets, high desert winds, and the sacred mess of starting over at midlife.
